As a massage therapist with 20 years in the field, I am committed to delivering a high quality experience to all my clients. I listen carefully, not only to what you tell me is going on in your body, but to what your body is saying, to give you the results you are looking for - pain relief, stress reduction, and mental calm.

I graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2003. I am licensed with the State of Connecticut and am trained in Reiki as well. My experience over the years has taught me so much, yet I am always learning more about how to help people achieve balance in their bodies and in their lives.
